| Scheduled Bus 3year Inprovemnet Model | In order to improve the bus business, we install Automatic Passenger Counting sensors and cameras on the bus to acquire Bus data, then visualize it with our inhouse software (1st stage). Next, optimize the operation by reviewing the operation delay, the operation with few passengers, the operation with long waiting time, etc. (2nd stage). Finally, in order to attract new passengers like tourists, we reorganize the routes and operating hours (3rd stage). In addition, we implement driver safety and service training based on bus camera monitoring to improve operation quality. This is our Route Bus business three-year improvement model based on IT and human power.. |
